01Who is responsible

The controller of the data processed on this site is Fourtech, headquartered at Av. Padre Lourenço, 693, Itajubá, MG, Brazil. Requests concerning personal data can be sent to comercial@fourtech.ind.br.

02What data is collected

Data you provide, when filling in the quote form or contacting us: name, email, company, phone, project description and any files you choose to attach, such as BOM or Gerber.

Data collected automatically while browsing: pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, traffic source and IP address in anonymized form, through audience measurement cookies.

03What the data is used for

• To reply to your quote request or contact and continue the technical and commercial conversation.
• To understand how the site is used and improve content and navigation.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to Fourtech.

Fourtech does not sell personal data and does not use it for personalized advertising.

04Who the data is shared with

To operate this site, Fourtech relies on third-party services that may process data on its behalf:

• FormSubmit, which processes form submissions and delivers them by email to the sales team.
• Google Analytics, for audience measurement, with IP anonymization.
• Google Fonts and Google Maps, to display typography and the factory map, which involves requests to Google servers.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to start a conversation through the site button, subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

Beyond these cases, personal data is only shared under legal obligation or by order of a competent authority. Technical project information is treated as confidential and, on request, covered by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

05Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics audience measurement cookies. They do not identify you personally. You can block them in your browser settings or through blocking extensions without affecting your use of the site.

06How long data is kept

Data sent through the form is kept for as long as needed to reply to the request and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the legal obligations arising from it. Browsing data follows the retention periods configured in the measurement tool.

07Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may ask Fourtech at any time for:

• Confirmation that your data is processed, and access to it.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
• Portability and information about data sharing.
• Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on it.
