SMT and through-hole manufacturing, from production readiness to final product integration.
Global sourcing, direct import and strategic component management.
Engineering from concept through production scale-up.
Design, components, assembly, testing and packaging. You receive the finished product.
You supply the components. Fourtech assembles, tests and delivers.
Additional manufacturing capacity for operations facing demand beyond their installed capacity. Fourtech adds qualified manufacturing capacity while maintaining controlled processes, inspection and traceability.
Component sourcing, import and supply, without assembly.
Explore the manufacturing process, step by step.
Before production release, manufacturing files, the BOM and technical requirements undergo a manufacturability review. Early engineering review reduces rework, process changes and risk during serial production.
The stencil deposits solder paste onto the specified PCB pads. Deposit volume and position are verified before component placement.
SMD components are automatically placed with controlled accuracy and repeatability across three SMT lines, according to the approved assembly data.
The PCBA passes through reflow under a controlled thermal profile defined according to the assembly requirements. During reflow, the solder alloy forms the electrical and mechanical joints of the assembly.
AOI verifies visual assembly criteria against the approved reference, with inspection records linked to process traceability. Assembly deviations are identified during the manufacturing process, before PCBA release.
PCBA, cabling, enclosure integration, firmware, functional testing, serialization and packaging can be managed within a single manufacturing flow.
Three JUKI SMT lines, two Electrovert wave solder lines, automated optical inspection and in-circuit test. Process audited under ISO 9001, IPC Classes 1, 2 and 3 and ESD S20.20, with eight quality control steps per board.

Solder paste printing, 3D SPI inspection, placement, profile-controlled reflow and inline AOI. Every board receives a unique ID and traceability by component, batch and operator.
Transport between stations

Direct import of semiconductors, anti-counterfeit control, humidity-controlled storage and chip programming. Three supply models: turnkey, consigned or component supply.
