Four ways to work with Fourtech
A

Turnkey

Design, components, assembly, testing and packaging. You receive the finished product.

B

Consigned

You supply the components. Fourtech assembles, tests and delivers.

C

Capacity support

Additional manufacturing capacity for operations facing demand beyond their installed capacity. Fourtech adds qualified manufacturing capacity while maintaining controlled processes, inspection and traceability.

D

Components

Component sourcing, import and supply, without assembly.

How it is made

Six steps between a file and a product.

Explore the manufacturing process, step by step.

01

Manufacturability review before production

Before production release, manufacturing files, the BOM and technical requirements undergo a manufacturability review. Early engineering review reduces rework, process changes and risk during serial production.

DFM · Design for ManufacturingAdapting the design to the requirements of the manufacturing process, for volume production without rework.
02

Controlled solder paste printing

The stencil deposits solder paste onto the specified PCB pads. Deposit volume and position are verified before component placement.

Solder paste printingSolder paste is deposited before component placement. During reflow, the alloy forms the electrical and mechanical solder joints of the assembly.
03

Automated placement across three SMT lines

SMD components are automatically placed with controlled accuracy and repeatability across three SMT lines, according to the approved assembly data.

SMT · Surface Mount TechnologyAutomated component placement, not manual assembly.
04

Reflow under a controlled thermal profile

The PCBA passes through reflow under a controlled thermal profile defined according to the assembly requirements. During reflow, the solder alloy forms the electrical and mechanical joints of the assembly.

ReflowMulti-zone heating under a controlled thermal profile, forming the solder joints without compromising the components.
05

In-line Automated Optical Inspection

AOI verifies visual assembly criteria against the approved reference, with inspection records linked to process traceability. Assembly deviations are identified during the manufacturing process, before PCBA release.

AOI · Automated Optical InspectionHigh-resolution camera inspection of every PCBA, with records linked to process traceability.
06

From PCBA to fully integrated product

PCBA, cabling, enclosure integration, firmware, functional testing, serialization and packaging can be managed within a single manufacturing flow.

Box buildComplete final product integration: mechanical and electrical assembly, functional testing and packaging.
