1. Electronics exposed to weatherOutdoor applications may require protection against moisture, dust and temperature variation for extended field operation. Conformal coating and sealing according to project requirements.
2. Solar power and energy managementLow-power boards with solar charging, designed to operate off-grid at dams, forests or farmland.
3. RF signal integrityControlled impedance defined in the PCB layout, with paste printing, placement and soldering under controlled process. Inspection and functional testing according to the product specification, because signal integrity and noise control are critical requirements in radar and telemetry.
4. Pilot lot validation before volume productionPilot lot and functional testing before volume production, with a test fixture developed for the product.
