Technical and manufacturing requirements.

IPC Class 3 is the most demanding level of the international assembly standard, intended for high-reliability products. It applies stricter acceptance criteria to solder joints and other assembly characteristics. Combined with certified ESD S20.20, component-level traceability and contractual confidentiality.

1. Sealed enclosure and passive heat dissipationThe PCBA is housed in a machined finned enclosure. Thermal design is defined together with the layout, before the first build.
2. Military-grade circular connectorsPTH assembly with mechanical retention, certified hand soldering and Leica microscope inspection of every lead.
3. IPC Class 3The most demanding acceptance criterion of the international standard. It changes what is accepted at every solder joint, not just the final report.
4. Traceability by component and batchEvery unit produced has a complete history, a project requirement under contractual confidentiality.
