Current

Current certifications and applicable requirements.

Together, they establish requirements for the quality management system, assembly acceptance criteria and ESD control.

ISO 9001Audited quality management system with documented, repeatable processes
IPC 1, 2 and 3International assembly acceptance standard, from consumer electronics to high-reliability systems
ESD S20.20Electrostatic discharge control certified to ANSI/ESD S20.20
Certified engineering

IPC-A-610 CIS/CIT.

Our technical team includes IPC-A-610 CIS/CIT certified professionals supporting the application and supervision of acceptance criteria.

In progress

ISO 13485 and ANVISA.

Quality management specific to medical devices and regulatory authorization for the medical equipment production chain in Brazil. Process already structured to the standard, certification in progress.

IPC Class 3

What changes under Class 3.

The most demanding level of the standard, intended for high-reliability electronic products requiring continued or on-demand performance. It applies stricter acceptance criteria to solder joints and other assembly characteristics.
